There. The tags are correct, this song is part of the Harmony Orchestra ~Jpop Meets Classics~for slow life concert.
Although, IMHO, this is the worst rendition of the Hikari song. It sounds very far from the original, though if that was the point of the orchestra, well, kudos to them.
BTW, I didn’t gank the song from this post originally. I already had it.
