Well it’s actually pretty easy, you just need a camera with a standard video input. So if you want to rip audio off the Xbox you just plug the AV cables into the camera, pick a song out of a sound test menu or some other method to listen to the music in game, and just hit record. (A MiniDV tape for example) Then bring it up in Windows Movie Maker, import the clip from the camera, drag the clip onto the audio, compile the movie, and then you can just play it in Windows Media Player. Or since it’s an mp3 you can play in iTunes too. (For some reason WMM automatically makes films that have no visuals into mp3 files. Cool, eh?)
And also, this happens to be my first post. Hilarious.
(Then again, the above seems to be a very noobish way to rip game music, which doesn’t require several downloaded programs.)
