A remake of the game Final Fantasy tactics for the playstation, now comes hand held for the psp.

Do you think a PSP is worth buying to play this game?

No system is worth buying for a single game. And anyway, the new Tactics game for DS is actually an original title, not a port, so it’s probably a better choice.

I already have a DS, but so far I haven’t found any interesting game to buy for it. All I have is some game that came along with it. Any suggestions of a good game I might have missed?

I love final fantasy tactics Id definately buy the PSP for it except I have no money.

Final Fantasy III and Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow come to mind.

As for the Tactics remake, it depends whether you think the new material is worth buying the game again. As it stands, you can emulate the original Tactics on the PSP via custom firmware. This new port doesn’t alter any of the core game mechanics but rather adds extra FMVs, a superior translation and a few more characters/classes. Essentially it’s like the GBA remakes of the FFIV-VI.

I wouldn’t say its worth buying a PSP over but if you already plan on buying one anyway the new translation alone would make this game something to consider. If the original translation didn’t really bother you though and you don’t really care about the new FMVs then I would give it a miss.
