Okay this works like all the other meny rumbles on this forum, i name to bands/artist and u vote for the one you like better, and each 2 or 3 days ill tally up the votes and make a new rumble

There’s no comparison. Brown was a total musical bad-ass, while Blunt is just ass.

I do think this would be a good idea but I think it would be better if people nominated some choices or something, and I can pretty much tell you right now that either some metal band would end up winning due to the number of metal fans that frequent final fantasy boards or I could maybe see The Flaming Lips or Mars Volta or one of the other bands that a lot of the regulars like totally crushing the competition.

agreeing with Hogan. people should nominate say, 4, maybe 8 bands and take it from there. it would work quite well, provided someone with more then 1 brain cell was running it.

Dude, comparing Coltrane to Necrophagist? I mean, they both rule, but in their own ways. If we’re gonna have a rumble, I say we should start with a category or genre of music, like alternative, jazz, metal, etc., and then choose artists/bands that fit that category or genre.

Yeah, you’re right. Though I wasn’t planning on Coltrane being compared to Necrophagist. But different genres would be the best way to compose this rumble.

I think having really different artists go up against each other is half the fun.
