Hi Sunday12022012, today is your lucky day. I’m the original uploader just with new email, old one has 1000+ spam in it. Below is a link to the version I uploaded ?9? years ago. It was brought, after years of searching, from a shady Russian website by means of 3 separate currency conversions. As such I feel this is the highest quality version on the web right now.
