Is there any way to view these scenes seperatley like other FF games? (Like the Sphere Hall thing in FFX).

No sorry there is no such feature. Look online for the scenes they should be out by now.

That is sucky because it’s always been a nice feature of some of the FF games. Oh well. I guess I’ll just have to keep saving it before the cut scenes to see them.

Yeah, didn’t even think about it, really, but kinda dumb of them not to carry over this feature from X/X-2.
