I don’t have the soundtrack… but I know you can get one using the SPC files of that game. Just look for Top Gear in the URL below.

After that… get Winamp and the SPC plug-in "SNESAmp" for it. You can find both of these in the URL below.
Once that’s done… you just open the SPC files in Winamp. To actually record it… you’ll have to change some settings to record them onto your hard drive.
