For some odd reason, the tracklist for the songs doesn’t match up with what is on the scan for the back cover. It does, however, match the tracklist provided on CDJapan’s Japanese page for the CD (http://www.neowing.co.jp/JWAVE/detailview.html?KEY=DAKCHTE-38), go figure x_x;. As far as I can tell, everything is there, the names and numbering are just slightly different for some of the songs :/.
