Does anyone know if it’s possible to discard items in your inventory, either normally in game-play or with some kind of cheat?
I did a search but didn’t find anything. Any help is much appreciated!

Is there any reason you would ever want to? It’s not like there’s a limit to what can be in your inventory.

I wasn’t sure if there was a limit to the number of items you could have. If there isn’t I guess it doesn’t matter then, but I was mainly just curious if it was possible.
I do recall being able to discard things in FF8. Maybe those were spells?

Yeah, in FF8 you could discard spells and there was a limit to how many different types you could stock.

Sell the stuff you don’t want. In theory you could have 99 of all iems so no need to discard anything, as there’s no threat of being ‘overloaded’ with items.
