It was this sorta piano piece, it plays when the guy first arrives on the island by boat, and also when you fight that boss, sorta lizardman beast.

Here’s my game rip of it. Unfortunately, some songs have talking in them that I couldn’t get out. The piano one your looking for is the Boss music (it also plays a few other times too).
