Auron’s Celestial Weapon Help

I have both the Celestial Mirror and the Rusty Sword. Why am I unable to obtain Auron’s Celestial Weapon from Lord Mi’ihen’s statue? Is this some sort of glitch?

When I press X, examining the statue, I still get the message which reads, "A statue of Mi’ihen, founder of the Crusaders.". I was under the impression that I was to be asked whether I desire to place the Rusty Sword upon Mi’ihen’s statue once I had examined it.

This isn’t the first Celestial Weapon that I’ve attempted to obtain or anything. I have the (maximised)Caladbolg, Nirvana, and Godshand.

I hope the solution’s something simple because starting over doesn’t sound like much fun.

Any replies/assistance would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yea it’s quite simple you are at the wrong statue, you have to go on mushroom rock keep going straight not going towards the command center ‘operation mi’hen’. go all the way down the road before you reach the djose highroad, there is an indent, go in go up the elevator and there is another statue of Mi’hen.
