Try downloading Easy CD-DA Extractor. (http://www.megaupload.com/pt/?d=O6MJBEPQ) It can convert pretty much any audio file and is thought as the best audio converter out there.

Why would you want to convert aac to mp3? aac has better sound quality than mp3 at the same compression.

AAC files are protected, so they can’t be burned on a disc in mp3 format. That’s the only problem I see with the file-type. Songs purchased on iTunes, for example, are in AAC format.
