What Castlevania Game Has the Best Music Ever?

If so, if you can, name your favorite song from that game also:cool:.

My choice would be Symphony of the Night, that game just kicks ass, enough said. Well my fave song from that game would be The Tragic Prince, that song just pumps me up:naughty: .

Seems like every Castlevania game has one or two awesome tracks in it… hard to pick just one favorite, so here’s a few of my favorites:

SotN: Either "Prologue" or "Dracula’s Castle"
LoI: "Lament of Innocence (Leon’s Theme)"
CoD: "Abandoned Castle (The Curse of Darkness)"

All 3 of those get stuck in my head quite easily.

OK, so, I thought the poll was about music. But either way, Im obsessed with SoTN, so Alucard and the soundtrack wins. The best song would have to be Requiem of the Gods.

I haven’t played all the Castlevania, but from those I played, I prefer the Symphony of the Night themes, specially the 03 (Dance of Illusions ?) and 05 (Prayer?) tracks. Not sure of the names. The 03 features eerie ans smooting/gothic rhythm with a female voice while the second has harpsichord… I love that instrument !

I knew SotN OST before actually play the game, and still love it.

Tragic Prince from SOTN kicked royal ass, hands down.

I have only heard Portrait of Ruin and It is brilliant.
My favourite is The Gears Go Awry by Yuzo Koshiro.

SOTN…hands down.

Uh… Yeah. My favorite soundtrack from the Castlevania games is obviously Super Castlevania IV, because of one track…

…and that track is "Theme of Simon Belmont". Come on, you guys aren’t retro enough.
