OK does anyone know an easier way to get knights of the round on FF7? I know its the joy of playing the game but to be honest I can’t be arsed to breed chocobos until i breed a gold one. I can get to the island with the highwind but I cannot land on it. I don’t mind a challenge but anything less challenging and boring than breeding chocobos will do me. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Lol u probably will. I didnt want to go that far but I might just resort to that. I just wondered if there was an easier way with out using gameshark or something else so ill see if i get any more helpful advice and if not then I will have to.

Awwww, all you have to do is beat the Ruby Weapon, and then you’ll get a TOTALLY POINTLESS GOLD CHOCOBO. That pissed me off so much.

Yeah you dont need KOTR to beat him. I beat him on lv 80 with a very unpowered up team.

Like someone else said: Beat Ruby Weapon, get the Desert Rose, trade it in with that trader at Kalm, get a Gold Chocobo, and ride to that island.
That, or you can take the long way ’round: Breed one.

True but I think he wants KOTR to beat ruby. Its pretty much the only use for it really. No other boss is worth using it on.

Unless I missed something, I don’t think he mentioned what he was going to use it for. =P
You can use it on Emerald Weapon too, since the fight is too damn long without it.

He didnt mention it, hence the I think. Emerald is easy enough. Its the Ruby battle that took me ages.
