Give the characters a quote

In Final Fantasy 9 all of the characters have a quote to portray a certain aspect about them.

I thought we should give the older characters a quote each.

Black Mage – I have been given such an immense power, why can’t I have more.
White Mage – I was born with the power to heal, shouldn’t I have a choice with what I do with it.
Cecil – Why can’t I gather the courage to sacrifice myself to help others.

Very well. For the FF6 cast, since some of these are so obvious.

I wouldn’t call that accurate, my Kain was doing about 4-6000, Cecil was doing about 5-6000, Holy was usually doing about 9999 and I was throwing Fumas with Edge for about 5000.

Sorry, i probably should have explained a little better. I meant he is the only summon that is of any use because he is the only one who can do 9999 damage to zeromus (At my level anyway).

White Mage- To Heal those who can not heal themselves is my only purpose. If I die protecting those who could not fight, I would not cry out in pain, but cry out in sorrow, for I could not save those who needed me.

Black Mage- The Arcane powers are ours for the taking, if one would just reach out and grab them. Whether it be a small brush-fire or an all consuming eruption, destruction is the life-blood of humanity. And I embraced that.

Red Mage.- There are those in this world who would walk the path of the body, and there are those would would walk the path of the mind. I walk the path of both and carry and burdens and blessings of both. Balance in all things. That is what is important.

Time Mage- Philosophy and Science. Perception and Knowledge. Space and Time. I’ve seen men die and I’ve seen them eat dinner afterwards.
