FF3 progress trouble

Hey everyone, I did a search for this topic before posting but found nothing, so don’t hate me if you’re tired of reading about this!

I’m pretty near the end of FF3 for the DS, and I’m at an impasse that I can’t figure out. I’ve beaten my way through the boss at Cave of Shadows and I think I should be ready to complete the Statues quest. But everytime I try to break through all the barriers, my party is destroyed by the last one. What am I missing here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! ^_^

If Im not mistaken, you are supposed to head back to Doga’s Manor. Check that and let me know if i’m correct or not.

Oh, I just played the original one for Nintendo, and the same thing happens if you’re missing one of those fang. I’m guessing that’s the case here.

yea you have to go back to Dogas Manor and use the teleporter that appears to go to Doga’s Grotto. Make your way through to the end and you should be set.
