Esper Assignments

I know there’s a tonne of threads out there about Espers already, but I haven’t seen one like this yet. I haven’t assigned any Espers to my characters yet other than Belias, so I’m curious about which characters everyone assigns their various Espers to, and if you see any pros or cons to using them with one character vs. another (i.e. – Penelo gets Belias, tanks get Zeromus, etc.).

Also, if we could keep this on topic as opposed to turning it into another thread that goes: "I hate Espers, they’re useless", "no, they’re awesome, you’re just not using them right" – that would be great 😉
