You can never go wrong with WipeOut Pure. Especially with several free downloads (like new tracks, cars, songs, menu skins) from the WipeOut website through the PSP.
Loco Roco is also fucking great and addicting. One of the most original games on any platform or system in a while.
Metal Gear Acid 2 and Tekken are great as well.

I’d have to rent loco roco first. Doesn’t really appeal to me as of htis moment.. partly because I don’t understand wtf you need to do.
