Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow

I’m requesting Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow for PC. The music was composed by Michael Giacchino and the game might be found as "Donald Duck in Maui Mallard".

I remember finding a rip of the game a year ago but I no longer have it, and the site I found it on is dead.

I actually still have the CD still laying somewhere in the basement. Bought the CD-ROM version for PC several years ago, because I remembered liking the music when playing it on Sega Senesis as a kid. So my hopes were that a CD version would have all tracks in redbook audio or something, but it didn’t. Or at least that’s how I recall it.
How did you manage to rip it, zaykho?

I don’t think there was a Sega CD version of Maui Mallard. At least wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_in_Maui_Mallard) and initial Google search brings no results for such thing.
