Beyond Good and Evil

One of my favorite games of all time. This game almost had it all: great characters, intriguing story and everything else. Seriously, I just love this game with every inch of my body. I love how you didn’t have to brutally kill everything in sight, but rather use stealth to get the job done. I loved taking pictures of the animals as well. xD

I love this game.

It is incredible; unfortunately I never got to finish it before my Xbox died, and it’s a title that isn’t supported by the Xbox 360 backwards compatibility 🙁

I’ll probably end up getting the PS2 or PC version sometime in the future.

But, yes, this game is incredible. There are rumours of a second, and even a third game, but so far nothing has been materialized.

Michael Ancel (the lead designer on BG&E) is currently working on a lot of other projects. Unfortunately, BG&E never made a lot of money; bad marketing, in my opinion.

Anyway, Ancel has said he’d like to do sequels, but it’s unlikely they’ll see the light of day 🙁

The ending definitley left room for a sequel, but my understanding is that the lack of sales of the first game will probably stop that from happening. 🙁

Ok, from here on out, we rally the troops together, and we go out and buy Beyond Good and Evil. That should kick start things!
