Y’know, I did some roleplaying on AOL before I moved into my own place back in April. And unless you lucked into a really good room, at least half of the "roleplayers" (that’s if you call a roleplayer somebody who can type two colons around pure gibberish) "played" vampires.

Yeah, that was not only an indirect shot at vampires, but a potshot at vampire fans, too.
