should they bring back Final Fantasy 7 on the PS3 with a complete overhaul on the graphics and adding voices to it instead of the basic text-box? I mean they keep the script EXACTLY the same but just replace it with voice. So technically it would be the same game, but with better graphics and voice. It would be a huge hit obviously and sell millions.

Should they bring back some of the other shite threads about an FFVII rehash without better graphics and voice? Would be a huge hit not to spill out more unneccessary threads, when there are blatantly others around that cover the same topic?

In a word, no. Squeenix is working on an ambitious ps3 FF project and probably can’t afford to spare good game-makers for a pretty rehash. Besides, seeing Squeenix’s track record with the FFVII "franchise," they won’t put in that much effort if a re-whatever is done. They know that FFVII has enough rabid fanboys that they can slap the FFVII label on just about anything and it’ll sell like mad, regardless of quality–look at Advent Children and from what I hear, Dirge of Cerberus.
