When you face The Boss, it begins playing the Snake Eater theme, but there are no vocals within the first minutes of the battle, IIRC.

The song is also in Snake Eater, but in Subsistence, you can pick it as a music choice to listen to while playing. Really puts you in the mood to do _anything.
