Seriously, this took a good few months worth of searching and translating of cached Japanese websites to find. It’s a very hard track to find since as far as I know, it was only released on possibly one album/single by MISIA. It’s not even part of the official OST or Arranged/Vocal OST’s for Star Ocean III.
