Cheating Game Demise

I remember when I first played legend of the Dragoon, everytime I got into a fight the game would just stop, but the music was still playing. So I decided to wait it out and nothing, so for some unknown reason I put in disk two during batles and presto, I was playing LOD I ust had to take out disk two after th battle.

Anybody else have likewise stories?
Good thing extended RPGs have the same codes.
