bogus hints and tips

i was searching for hints for final fantasy games and i came across this website, but some of the hints and secret things seem untrue (utter bollocks actually!). like getting to play as sephiroth in ff8 and tifa dieing instead of aeris in ff7. take a look:

Nothing new. Sites like these have been around for years, and only "challenged" people would actually believe them to be true.

well yea some of them are ridiculasly unbelievable, like having aeries not die, ‘cos half the story revolves around her death. but some of them that sound stupid are actually true like the blackjack game at the end of ff9. and ff games sometimes do contain weird secrets and references.

You think that’s amusing? You should see all the bogus stuff floating around about FFVI. Some years ago, a friend of mine actually printed off about 70 pages of the stuff from a site, only to have it all be fake, LoL. Stuff like reviving Leo and/or Gestahl, "secret" characters, hidden bosses…you name it.

some of them i thought where amazingly funny like been able to get cloud instead of gilgamesh! or playing as sephiroth on ff8!

i read a funny one about ff10 a while back that said you can get a fmv of paine, nooj, baralai, and gippal when you get to operation mihen, if you complete the game like 10 times in 20hours or summut! lol

i remember way back when ff9 came out a playstation mag printed cheats sayin you could change costumes ive also read cheats sayin that ziegfried is available as a character in ff6
