so I knew how to get them and did get them. but should I use them somehow? I mean, I got Rikku’s glove and Token, but I have no idea about what to do. please someone explain?

You need to go to Macalnia Woods, enter the weird glob on the ”magic” path and talk. He’ll have some info. Anima can be aquired by entering the correct coordinates in the Airship, then fly to the temple, have all Temple Items (destruction sphere obtained items) and defeat a lame boss, then go in and everything will speak for itself. Good luck.

If you want help NOW, you should read a walkthrough instead of belligerently pestering people on a forum who don’t care about you or owe you anything.

Prak is right. In the time it took for him to get a response, he could have quite easily consulted a walkthrough/faq. Also, his attitude doesn’t help.
