I came across this soundtrack at Zophar’s Domain, and I thought; ‘what the heck? Rockman X3/Megaman X3 for the Genesis?’ So I downloaded the music archive, and later on I got the roms in question. From the looks of it, Capcom was doing a pretty good job. Wonder why it was canceled…
Anyways, since it’s only a beta, there’s only 3 tracks total encoded to 160kb/s
