I think technically you are allowed to do that, but it is not highly recommended.
Now, the first three items on your list – I can’t help you with. However, Atomic Fire (http://www.atomic-fire.com) is a great place to go to get the Megaman Zero 3 OST, both original and remastered. Check the Music Files section.
