I agree with you on that. Ever since I picked up the demo last year I’ve been going nuts over this game. As I’ve said before, I reserved 2 copies of the tin-cased limited edition just to keep one in the plastic with the rest of my FF collection. I also havn’t been attracted to a fictional character like Ashe since Tifa.

I’m pretty excited for FFXII as well. I’ve had the chance to play it and I am amazed with it and can’t wait to see and hear it in English. 🙂 I have the collector’s edition reserved as well as the guide (leatherbound yay) .. but I would not ever go so far as to purchase a second copy JUST for a collection.. that’s (to me) silly.

Yes and no.

Yes) I have both the Japanese and U.S. FF 7, 8, 9, 10. I also have the Japanese FFCollection (4, 5 & 6) and U.S. Chronicals & Anthology (4, 5 & 6)

No) Because they’re not actual 2nd copies.

I’m only getting 2 XII’s because the $60 edition is only limited to the # of reserves made. Once they’re gone, that’s it. You’ll never see them again.

Reserved a copy today for myself. I was under the misguided thought that it was coming with the PS3. Oops and yay.

Mmhmm… I know.. I’ve had it reserved for about 2 years now. So .. yeah… countless delays. At least I had a chance to play the japanese version of it while i was in Indonesia.

I still can’t believe that the day is finally upon us. I mean… after soooo many delays!

That’s why I’m happy they didn’t delay it even more and say, "We’re going to release it on the PS3". Because not only would we have to wait on the game, but on getting a system.

nevermind having to come up with 600 smackaroo’s. My wife would never allow it after getting ma 360 in September.
