I believe it was done by k-waves LAB and/or Kou Ogata, none of which ring any bells to me. You can see other works under the "Works" tab if you follow this link: http://kou-ogata.net/ (Note that it’s in Japanese)
The title of the first track on their other album "～ 猛々しき大地 THE SPIRITED EARTH ～" really cracks me up 😀
