I was never able to get into the blitz ball stuff. It seemed too hard at first and still…

if you have a strategy guide, it tells you all the stats of all the blitzball players at every level.

I was really bad at playing Blitzball first, then I won one game, and then I finally became a pro at it! ^^

Besides, you need to play Blitzball in order to activate Wakka’s legendary/ultimate weapon.

Uhm, ok, I know this is my first post, but personally, I didn’t really like blitzball. Mainly bcause I’m not good at it. Also, I wasn’t sure whether I’d recruited anyone.. I pushed square on them, but all I saw was their stats, does that mean I recruited them?!

if i remember correctly, they have to be a free agent for you to sign them

so you have to wait till their contract with another team expires, then you have to hope that they arent resigned to that team =)

Hmmm, that is an extreme jump in points. I assume 99 is the highest level in blitzball you can achieve? If it is, thats probably why it jumped so much, he is at his strongest.

As for Bliztball in general, I think its cool. Very addicting as well. Just takes some time getting used to.

It took me a while (about 3 blitzball matches which I lost to be exact) but it is actually quite good.

most people get discouraged with the first blitzball match in Luca against the Goers. That battle is fucking difficult, and is quite possibly the hardest blitzball match in the game. But when I started playing later in the game, it was addicting like no other.

I never really liked blitzball cuz the game overall was really slow… like… you’d swim, then there’d be these options to choose from… :\… but it was pretty cool watching my friend shoot these killer shots. 😛

What do you have it set on, manuel or automatic? Manuel makes it better cuz you can move your own people, and it gets fast.

I never really thought about it. Invisible Shot’s a cheap trick and has no regard to a character’s stats. I also have an infinitely difficult time blocking it, so that’s another reason why I detest it.

But, I believe Tidus is the other person you meant. He can learn every ability except Auroch’s Spirit, which only Wakka can.
