Which fighting style is better?

Alright, here’s the deal…

I love the original combat on all the Final Fantasy’s, yet my husband prefers the new style on Dirge of Cerberus. I understand that the makers of the game are trying to appeal to all groups of game players (or I suppose) and it is a nice change, but… I’m not as good as it as the original.

Your thoughts?

FF VII is the most successful ff in history, DC is a part of it and if you want the full scope of the story play it! who cares how you play it? the point is were all gamers and have played a varity of games so you can always get used to new controls. As anaction game it needs to be changed and updated. This way you can aim with vincent!

My point is they need a change of all the ff’s would be the same and thus boring. about the change? GET USED TO IT! square wont change the gameplay just because a few of us are bitching online about it.

I don’t mind the new fighting style, but I still think the other fighting style is easier… I’m glad that they changed it up, though, because my husband used to hate Final Fantasy, and now we can play one together finally. 🙂
