The only treasure you can’t get before disk 4 is the "Shimmering Island" divespot. 😛

Stones with a "map" carved into them. You can find them when you play the minigame "Hot N’ Cold", of course you need a chocobo for that, the stones show the way to a treasure, okay not the way but they give you hints and a picture of the place.
