when i follow the link at the link you provided it leads me to a page that says ‘Download This File’ but no link to the actual download.

At the bottom of the page you should see a link that says ”Fast and Extreme”.
It looks like an ad but it’s not, After you click the link scroll down to the bottom of the page and the file should be there.
