What kind of weird file format is this? I just need regular mp3. Can’t convert it.

Also when I play these sound files the sound only comes out of one speaker.

I take it this is all the songs from Unreal 1 and converted to smaller file sizes?
Because 215MB for just about what, 35 tracks? From 1998? Seems too big.
