Pocket Station

Does Anybody know where i can buy a pocket station onlin – (other than Ebay)

You can always go to Japan and buy it there, if you don’t want to go to ebay. I’m assuming you want to play Chocobo World, right? Why don’t you just get the PC version of FFVIII, because Chocobo World comes right with it.

The only downside to getting the PC version is that its really crap, as are all FF games on PC.

Yeah, it can be problematic, but I didn’t find it entirely bad. I think the graphics are actually a bit better than they display on TV. Also, I adore being able to copy/download/edit savefiles, as well as rip the video files. I’d say if you can get the PC version to work and are able to obtain it, go for it. Chocobo World is a slightly amusing diversion and you can get some decent items from it, but it’s not at all essential to completing the game and really isn’t all that great.

I know that its not essential to the completion of the game, i just really want it. (You know, its one of those ..I’ve got to get 100% of Final Fantasy VIII before i die moments…Thats the beauty of Final Fantasy… You can complete it sure, but can do everthing that Square laid out for you?)

B.T.W – ive completed 100% of FF7 last week….feels cool…who else has to get 100% before they finish.

I take it you got every item possible and mastered every materia and got everyones stats max’d out and all characters are on level 99 with all limit breaks? If so then yes you got %100.

Yep…hardest part was ruby weopon…i defeated him piss on the first profile.

But when i maxed out evry one he was really hard..Is that something to do with him levelling up as i do or something…And also, i heard a rumour about Sephiroth getting 3 times harder if you get to beyond level 97?? This true..cause he didnt seem that hard?!?!

Sephiroths not hard i beat him at lvl 55

irvine — that’s cool. In any case, best/easiest option is definitely PC version, unless you absolutely can’t get a hold of it / can’t get it to work.

exactly…things until up to a month ago, i didnt know exsisted in the FFVIII game

Even assuming you’re able to get ahold of it, though, I think it doesn’t work on a U.S. console unless you chip it? Have you tried eBay? eBay is often the best place to look for this sort of thing, although it’s just not an option for some folks.

I played this Chocobo World and I didn’t get it at all.

Hey thanks for the advide, but i dont have a US console asnd cant go to e-bay….they wont give me a paypal account…(too young – only 17 …lol)

I can use my card to buy things off the net though… So if anyone sees a site thats selling them via the net, private message me yeah?

EDIT: If you can outbid this guy, then you can just use a money order if you win. I use them all the time.
