Does anybody know where i can download the otherworld song from FFX??

I found one but it was only half of the song and cuts off half way through?

Also…does anyone know any info on this song, like the band name?

For those who dont know, the otherworld song is the kick ass song that comes in during the FMV of Tidus playing the first blitzball game that we see.

If you have filesharing programs like LimeWire, Kazaa or Ares, you can download that song from there. I think you can download them from the ffshrine main FFX page. As for the artist… I’m not really sure.

I heard that the artist was supposedly Rammstein, but I’m not sure who is accredited with it on the OST.

No, it’s not. It’s played by Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, Junya Nakano, with the vocals of Bill Muir.

I was wondering that myself, why does it credit Rammstein, I knew it wasnt them, but it’s weird.

No-way was it Rammstein… but the idea that it had no real band name doesnt surprise me…

(Nobuo Uematsu is actually in it!? i thought he just wrote it…)

I think its because some of the hard parts of the song can be easily compared to some of Rammsteins tracks. .props just a rumour that spread real quick but it def wasnt them!!

Well….i found i site by Nobuo Uematsu. The band that made the song is called the black mages. Apparently the actual otherworld song (not the shortened version we hear in FFX) is really crap because it has some femimine voice in place of most of the heavy voice that we hear on the FFX track. Nobuo Uematsu also created eyes on me (i can play that on guitar) KICKASS TUNE) for ff8….whodve thought it..

All my friends still think it is Rammstein but Ive never seen it written anywhere, only Nobuo Uematsu.
Definately doesnt even sound like Rammstein to me.

this is uematsu’s web site about the band he actually plays keyboard in, if you do a google serach on otherworld and black mages, somewhere i also found a link where you can listen to the original version, but i didnt listen so i dont know what its like personally…(i heard its crap) but the FFX version kicks solemn ass!!!
