Dont go for the Blue Chocobo. While he may seem to have all the answers, is very charismatic and a strong candidate for leadership, all his policies are nothing more than ‘quick fix’ solutions designed with the poll in mind and targeted at the ignorance of the masses. Your party would crumble in the long term. A leader with a more long term goal is neccesary.
