Yes, she can get THAT good.

Anybody can get that good in Final Fantasy VII. With the Materia they have it’s pretty easy to abuse the characters, especially with the Ultimate Weapons that can get extremely powerful under different circumstances. Seriously, if you’d equip whatever materia set-up on Tifa to another character, they’d probaby be able to be Emerald alone and then eat a monkey or two along with it. THAT’S BECAUSE OF CARLITO THOUGH HE IS COOl

her limit breaks are okay. Although I just think her slot machines are kind of slow and her power only depend on what you hit. i don’t think she’s that awesome but she’s alright.
