i’m stuck, can’t figure what to do(batteries and etc, plate?)

I’m right at the part where sector 7? i think, falls, the beginning of the first disc,but i’m stuck.

I’ve read guides online but none really explain. I get the batteries from the man in the weapon shop and then I think I go to the plate place with the graffeti on the wall in red.

What do i do from here??

the wall will have a rope thing in the middle of it, climb it

after you climb it, just insert the batteries where they go and continue going upward till you reach the building

Press x down select and talk to the bunny rabbit.
He will tell you to climb a rope. ; ;;
