I dont understand this…

i dont speak 100% english and i didnt understood the part on disc2 when i go to north and i see sepiroth, than he summons jenova and later cloud give him black materia and than sepiroth is in crystal…
why is sepiroth in crystal now?
and tell me lil bout cloud and sepiroth…

Put simply, he was always there, since well before the start of the game.

To be honest, my English is pretty good (being born and bred in England!) And i love this game, but one of the best things about it is that it confuses the fuck out of you!!! Dont worry if you dont understand everything all at once, your at a disadvantage anyway with language issues and the game is a lot more fun if you just wait and see, dont get too wrapped up in the moment, you’ve got a whole bunch of other side games/films that dont completely explain everything!

I mean come on, would you watch Star Wars: A new Hope and get frustrated cos you didnt know the relationship between Vader and Luke by the end of the film?

Very true. Although the first time i saw A New Hope i wasn’t trying to figure out a link between Luke and Darth Vader.

Its something along those lines, been a long time since i played, like 8 yrs.

Long story short: Sephiroth has been incased in that Crystal since his defeat 5 years ago, and has been using his will to manipulate beings with Jenova Cells (including Jenova’s body itself) to take on his form. That is why you are following someone who appears to be Sephiroth up until that point in the game, despite the fact that he’s really in the Northern Crater.

Also FYI, Sephiroth clones are just people that have been injected with Jenova cells and showered with Mako. They are not literally clones of Sephiroth.
