Dragon Gate? (FF III/VI)

okay, i defeated all the dragons and i’m on the quest to make all my party members (which i intend to take to kill Kefka) have all the magic spells. well, i received the esper Crusador and i have changed one of the other espers so technically there’s one spot left for one more esper.
back to the dragons…after i defeated the last dragon, the game said something about the dragon gate now being open but i’m fairly sure that it’s not in Kefka’s Tower and none of the townsfolk mentioned anything about a dragon gate. where would i find it?

There is no ‘gate’. As soon as you defeat all of the Dragons, you automatically receive the Crusader Magicite.

i did receive the Crusador magicite but why did it say that the dragon gate was now open? i think that somewhere opened up where the last magicite you can have is…

But there isn’t an actual gate. Probably just a fancy word to use in the speech that occurs when you receive Crusader. :-\

Or some sort of translation error. There was another where the dinosaurs in the forests on the one continent (i.e. Brachiosaur) were referred to as "dragons."

Oh, and in the script I have, it refers to it as the "Dragon Seal" — which makes more sense.

"Dragon Seal" is what I saw when I played FFVI, so that must be right.

Yeah I saw seal too. But if you managed to defeat all of the dragons relatively easily (I beat the storm dragon first without knowing it was the hardest one lol) then Kefka won’t be a problem.
