Breed the great male with the good female and the great female with the good male. That should get you what your looking for. Save before you do this so if it doesnt work you can reset and try again.

Also welcome to the forum.

Yeah…anyone posting in the FF7 discussions should know that off the top of their heads after 9 years…unfortunately what you’ve said isn’t entirely true. You need a female great/male good or male good/female great at A class to get both the green and blue ones. Then race the blue and green to A class, mate with a carob nut and then you get a black 🙂

I think to get my blue chocobo, I ddidn`t even have to race, just bred with a carob nut. Chocobo breeding is an arduous task but worth it in the end.

My only advice for chocobo breeding is SAVE SAVE SAVE! I’m sure some1 has already said it but man does it save a lot of time!

I heard the desert rose can be exchanged for a Gold Chocobo, you could always go kill Ruby weapon……………
