Help!!! Someone to pass me through the movie!!!

Hi!!! I just install again my Final Fantasy VIII and I have a problem with a movie on the 3rd playable CD(4th with the install disk). A movie is corrupted(when squall saves rinoa and heads to the spaceship). My cd rom drive, can’t read the disc3.pak file from the disk(i try to fix the scraches), so i can’t go on. Please anyone can help me? Just download my saves and send them back (to: [email protected]) after saving after the end of the fmv’s.

Thanks for your kindness. I tried several ways to pass that movies but nothing works. If someone could tell me how to rebuild the pak file…..

All right, you’re all clear, I’ve advanced the file to the point where you’re on the Ragnarok. Hope that does the trick and it doesn’t screw up on any other FMVs because if it does, you may be out of luck. I’ll be e-mailing you shortly.

No prob. I’ve had problems like that myself, so I know what that can be like. That’s one of the reasons why it’s so nice that they did the PC versions for VII and VIII — to be able to exchange savefiles and stuff, so I’m always glad to help out with that when possible. Enjoy the rest of the game, hopefully!
