i cant remember that well, but this is what i can remember…
-Rikku mix something to make mighty guard or some derivative of it that castes shell, haste and reflect on the party
-Then just get your fighters to cast holy or some other powerful magc on themselves and it should attack jumbo flan instead of get reflected back to you

Use Anima and her "Pain" special attack. I’m not sure if this was the method I used on Jumbo Flan though. But I think it will work.
