Hello all,
I just picked up FFXI today and made a red mage named Banred and I am on the Asura server, and I was wondering if there is a Linkshell I can join, or if there is one whose recruiting but is on a different server if they would like to take me I remember reading that someone had 5 world passes left, would I need to remake my character if I used a world pass?

As for who is on what server, you’ll need to check our Player/Server list (Thread 13212) to check who is on what server. I don’t believe its currently updated, so I don’t know if the list is current.

World passes let you make a new character on a server a friend is on.

Myself, Typo, Evaddaragon, and Mogknight are all on Cerberus server and are on a normal basis usually. I’m in the process of starting a new Linkshell and have to buy a World Pass for a friend who wants to come to Cerberus. If you’re interested in coming to Cerberus, I can hook ya up with the WP.

how do you actually use a world pass 0_0??

Since you just started a few days ago, it shouldn’t bother you to do that.

You need to create a new character, and when you’re asked to enter a world, type Cerberus, then the worldpass.

So, basically, delete your current character and start over. You’ve only been playing for a few days, so I guess it doesn’t matter that much yet.

Ah when I read that you were new I was hoping you were on the Seraph server, Im the only one in the entire forum whose on Seraph ;_;

You could always create a new character and, providing you have a World Pass, change to a different server. You could use Alexiel’s WP to Cerberus (which I’d recommend), or, if you wanted, I could even set you up with a WP to Midgard.

Of course, this requires you to purchase an extra FFXI Content ID (for a dollar), otherwise, you could simply delete your existing character and create a new one onto a different server by using a World Pass. Either way, it’s up to you.

Thanks Enkidoh for helping me again, but I dont wanna change now…..Im level 10 RDM and it took me ages to get to this level, plus I like my world, its just that I want to play the game with someone. 🙁
