The Farplane?

Well i’m just wondering, why is the FFX-2 farplane so different then the orginal farplane on X?

I mean, its a lot of flowers and stuff, but not on X. Does anyone know?

During X. if you ever went to the farplane and looked down below the platform you where standing on there was a huge field of flowers down below. FFX-2’s farplane takes place down there. I guess they wanted the player to be able to explore more ground in the farplane other than just that floating bit of land. It also gave it a more heavenly look if you know what i mean. (flowers, myst etc). So really its the same farplane just in a differnt area of it.

Yeah, I think Benny is right. People tend to get a bit hung up on this, but the Farplane shown in FFX is only a small manifestation of it, a sort of "available to the public" thing in Guadosalam. What YRP and everybody else explore in FFX-2 is a separate area. And yeah, they wanted us to be able to explore more of it.

Sounds enough sense to me, and i think you are right..

But still i think it sucks.

I love the fact that we can explore the farplane in X-2 although it’s not that much you can explore you explore more the tunnels(?) that are in the chammber of the faith

I think that being able to explore the farplane in X-2 is cool. It was alright. 🙂

You are given a clear shot of all of the Farplane in the FMV showing it, including the area with all the flowers in FFX. Being able to have that little bit more to explore on the farplane is very cool I think, it’s just more new stuff to look at really isn’t it.

Yeah, it was neat. BTW, is widely known among those here that you get a bonus Garment Grid if you explore all the Farplane paths? It’s called Megiddo and it lets you cast Flare and Ultima as well as all learned Black Magic!

I do change my avatar and signature text sometimes, just not all that often. As for the signature image, I’ve only ever changed it maybe two or three times since I’ve been here because I’ve really liked what I’ve had.

You’ve updated it since I was first here, it’s still KH but I’m sure the original had KH1 shots, this one has KH2 shots doesn’t it?

I don’t think so, I don’t think I ever had a signature with original KH shots. The only other signature I’ve had featured Squall from FFVIII. Back to the topic?

I thought the farplane looked amazing in X-2.
