Hold down the x button with an elastic band
Hold the analogue stick in a direction with another elastic band.
Leave running into a wall or area with programmed encounter.
Leave for a day or two
and wowz level 99 characters!
Perhaps… Have three Berserkers equiped with the accessory that has Tetra Eater (4 elements are absorbed instead of damaging). Know at least Evade and Counter for the Berserkers, and there you go.
Or… Have 1 or 2 White Mages that know Pray. Pray is the first option, so they’ll do that all the time. Then, the other 1 or 2 on a Dress Sphere that you wanna master.
If you want all 3 girls to master White Mage…
Find some moderately weak fiends. Kill all but 1 fiend, then bring out all White Mages. Pray will be selected all the time, restoring the party a small amount of HP.
I haven’t tried this White Mage thing yet, so I’m unsure if it really works. But, that leveling up thing seems helpful. I’ve already had all level 99 characters, and I don’t much feel like sitting threw alot of battles… Put ’em all on Lady Luck, and have Double Exp. do the rest with this leveling up thing.

White Mage, Mana Spring, Curaga All. Almost guarenteed invincibility. Well, as long as the monster doesn’t use an attack that does 9999 or more.
