Has any one beaten Star Ocean: The Second Story recently? I wanted to know if you can majorly change the story. I have played through about 4 or 5 times. I always got the same basic story with certain nuances depending on what choices that you make. And, does anyone know how hard it is to beat the Secret Dungeon on Expel. I haven’t started yet, but I want to know what to expect. Thanks in advance.

Nah, all that really ever changes is the ending. And that’s just a who-ends-up-with-who deal.

Put 80 hours into this game and never beat it (damn little cousins erased my save to free up space for Crash Bandicoot). The secret dungeon really isn’t that hard, it just takes a lot of time to go throuh, a lot.

F**king little kids. My 7 year old brother erased my 60some hour FF7 file. Put Evil Zone there.

Some little kids earsed my FF-7 data twoards the end of the second CD and had to start all over again. Till this day I have a "Fetish" anout people usinf or even touching my menory card.

Star Ocean is kind of a long game, but it’s quite fun to play.

I haven’t played Star Ocean 2 in ages… From what I remember of it, it was a interesting game (It was to me anyway), but I did get rather annoyed… with some of the Boss battles in it.

However, that’s not gonna stop me from going back and playing again… once my PSX starts to work properly that is.

On the otherhand, I have Star Ocean 3 and I have to admit I love that game, even more than the second. Just my personal opinion there.

Nah you can get it without playing the first one. No one touches my memory card. F**kwited kids don’t get what a well-deserved final miny movie mean to people like us.
